  4.     The following is the second in a series of public domain magazine disk
  5. from a user group in Canada.  But this disk is special.  This is a magazine on
  6. disk with both French and English articles, programs, a DEGAS picture and a
  7. GEM interface to walk you through the magazine.  This is very nicely done and a
  8. welcome addition to your software library.  One of the best disk magazines
  9. around.
  10.     Every directory has a READ.ME to describe the contents of each file
  11. in the directory and instructions on each file.  Thank you for supporting
